ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
- ShopOzVibe: Trade name operating from the Philippines.

- Physical address: Poblacion, Barangay Oslob, 6025 Cebu, Philippines
- Registration number: 92048635
- Customer: Any individual placing an order through the ShopOzVibe online store.
- Supplier: A third-party supplier located outside Australia responsible for the fulfilment and shipment of products.
- Product: Any item offered for sale through the webshop.
ARTICLE 2 – APPLICABILITY
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between ShopOzVibe and the customer.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICES
- All prices displayed on the ShopOzVibe website are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices displayed on the website do not include import GST, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges that may be imposed by Australian customs authorities or carriers upon delivery.
- Products are shipped directly from a third country (China). ShopOzVibe does not act as the importer of record and does not collect or charge import GST or customs duties at checkout.
- Any import GST, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may arise upon delivery are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, are assessed and collected by the carrier or local customs authorities.
- ShopOzVibe reserves the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
ARTICLE 4 – FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
A binding agreement is formed once the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation email from ShopOzVibe.
ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- All products are shipped directly from China by third-party suppliers.
- Estimated delivery time is 8 to 20 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates only. ShopOzVibe is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier delays, or other logistical factors beyond its control.
- ShopOzVibe does not act as the importer of record and is not responsible for customs clearance procedures in Australia.
- Any import duties, GST, taxes, or additional fees charged upon delivery are payable by the customer and handled by the carrier or customs authority.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (AUSTRALIA)
- Customers in Australia may request a return within 16 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions outlined in the Returns & Refund Policy.
- Return shipping costs to the designated return address in China are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 7 – EXCLUSIONS FROM RETURNS
The right to return does not apply to:
- Customised or personalised products.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (including socks, underwear, or similar items) once opened or used.
ARTICLE 8 – PAYMENT
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.
- ShopOzVibe reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment authorisation fails.

- ShopOzVibe aims to respond within 14 business days.
ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to a competent court with jurisdiction over ShopOzVibe.
