RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY – SHOPOZVIBE

1. GENERAL
ShopOzVibe aims to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
This policy applies to customers purchasing from ShopOzVibe in Australia.
2. RETURN PERIOD (AUSTRALIA)
Customers in Australia may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, customers must contact ShopOzVibe within this 30-day period via:

Please include your order number and reason for the return. Return requests made after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
The following items cannot be returned:

Hygiene-sensitive items such as socks, underwear, and similar garments that come into direct contact with the skin.

Items where the original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened.

Customised or personalised products.
4. RETURN ADDRESS

ShopOzVibe does not provide a domestic Australian return address. Customers are responsible for completing any required customs declarations when returning items internationally.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ShopOzVibe is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service when returning items.
6. REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If only part of an order is returned, only the returned items will be refunded.
Any shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, or taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
7. EXCHANGES
ShopOzVibe does not currently offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
